AnyBody Technology is looking for a software developer to strengthen our development team. Your work will be centered around UX and web development.
Today our core product, The AnyBody Modeling System™, is a cutting-edge desktop-based software product for musculoskeletal simulation used world-wide. For the next version we have decided to upgrade the user interface based on web technologies and prepare for a SaaS solution. You will be the key person in this work supported by internal and potential external resources.
You are expected to have hands-on experience in development, design, and test of front-end applications. If you have experience with external collaboration management that will be a plus.
Your role will be as lead programmer for the front-end and you will be part of a small dynamic team of highly dedicated developers. We solve many different tasks both independently and in teams. Therefore, you will most likely also have tasks outside your core focus.
By being part of a small agile company working with customers worldwide, you will have high influence on your working situation and tasks.
Technical qualifications
We expect you to have experience in many of following areas:
- Web/front-end development. We plan to use a JavaScript/TypeScript based framework such as Angular or React, but you can be part of this decision, depending on when you start
- Web based services using Node.js, RPC, Electron or similar
- UX Design
- Azure DevOps or similar development platform
- Automated UI testing
- CI build and delivery pipelines
- Version Control system – we use Git for all project, including external collaboration, e.g. on GitHub
Experience in the following areas will be a benefit, but not a requirement:
- Our team uses Python for many supplementary tools and our computational core is developed in C++.
- 3D modeling and rendering, including scene-graph or rendering framework, such as Unity, OpenSceneGraph
- Software development procedures in general, including QA/testing and object-oriented software design
- Data processing, including data formats, signal processing, statistics, and machine learning
- Multi-thread handling and parallel processing
- Knowledge or interest in biomechanics (e.g. sports, ergonomics, healthcare, etc.)
Personal qualifications
- Strong team spirit as well as a personal drive
- Open, responsible, and dedicated approach
- A good sense of humor and social skills
- Communication skills: English spoken and written for correspondence and documentation authoring is a must. Danish is a benefit, but not a requirement.
