Seminar: Practical Musculoskeletal Modeling and Analysis with AnyBody
In this seminar we demonstrate the use of the AnyBody Modeling System™ for musculoskeletal analysis. Rather than theory, we take a practical approach and show how we can build and analyze very detailed models of the human musculoskeletal system performing various work tasks within sports, ergonomics, orthopedics, and gait analysis. We also demonstrate how musculoskeletal modeling can be used for designing ergonomic devices.
After the seminar, the participants may install demo versions of AnyBody™ on their computers and try out the examples for themselves.
The seminar speaker is Prof. John Rasmussen from Aalborg University in Denmark. John is one of the co-inventors of the AnyBody Modeling System™. He has several decades of experience in advanced modeling techniques and 200 publications behind him.
The seminar will take place on Wednesday, August 4th from 16:30 to 18:00.
Please join us in room 208 on level 2 in the Suntec Convention Centre.
Pre-register by sending us an email with your name and affiliation, put 'WCB seminar' in the subject field.
