AnyBody - Simulation of orthopedics and ergonomics (also by Prof. John Rasmussen)

This seminar demonstrates how models of the human body are developed and analyzed in the AnyBody Modeling System. The system allows the user to define a human body or body part, connect it to an environment such as a chair or a bicycle, and analyze the work of muscles and the forces on joints. It will be demonstrated how this analysis can be used to optimize the ergonomics of products and the performance of athletes.
